A 2 Day Free-Form Crochet Cowl workshop with Emilia Barbosa

Ages: 12 and older

Minimum-5 /Maximum-20 attendance

Create a fun free-form crochet cowl using basic stitches and embrace free-form crochet. Students should be familiar with basic crochet stitches. We will use slip stitches, single crochet, half double, double and trebles. Higher stitches will be introduced and the principles of free form crochet will be explained and demonstrated. Students will work with different yarn weights and materials such as wool, acrylic, cotton, and embroidery threads (a great stash buster). We will also work with different sized hooks, adapted to your choice of yarn, and gauge to create different textural effects.
