Sundays 4-6pm, Monday 5:30-7:30pm
Ages: 16 and up
Minimum: 4 Maximum: 8
This class is for beginners AND for those who have taken a wheel class before. We'll focus on the basics, and skill building on known techniques for creating a set. It could be a set of cups, mugs, or bowls.
The instructor will work with each student to gain new skills. This class is a window into the world of throwing pots on a potter's wheel. You'll learn the basic skills to get started; from centering, to creating a form, fine tuning, finishing it, to glazing. It's open to anyone who has never thrown and to those who have had the experience but are looking for more time at the wheel with guidance. It's a great class and can be taken…
