Loving Watercolor

This class will introduce the properties and techniques of watercolor painting. Students will learn how to love watercolor while painting a landscape. The class will explore the importance of planning, composition, values and color. 

All learning levels are welcome to attend. The class will cover the fundamentals of watercolor. The fundamentals apply at all levels of painting. I will share all the knowledge and tricks I have acquired from 40 plus years of painting with watercolor. Students will paint a landscape painting. All reference material will be supplied.  Students will need two sheets of watercolor paper, 100 % cotton paper is important, watercolor paints and brushes. (The arts center can supply adequate paper, paint and brushes if needed)
