Sarah Hultine-Massengale

Sarah Hultine Massengale is an Assistant Extension Professor in Political Science at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and State Specialist in Community Development with University of Missouri Extension.  Sarah works with communities to build civic muscle for thriving places through leadership development, food systems, and community health initiatives.  Sarah, her husband, and two kids love floating and hiking our region’s public lands and rivers.
